He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Morgan Crabtree; his brothers, Timothy Crabtree and Stephen Crabtree; and his son Jeremy Lee Crabtree. He is survived by: his father Elmer Bert Crabtree of Walnut Cove; his wife Celia Crabtree of Vale; his children, Jennifer Crabtree of Salisbury, Thomas Miller (Kimberly) of Waynesville, Kenneth Miller (Tina Marie) of Claremont and Jonathan Miller of Vale; his brother Phillip Crabtree of Salisbury; and his granddaughter Taitum Brooke.
