He is survived by: his children, Wesley Cook (Sarah Moore) of Hickory and Whitney Woodward (Travis) of Vale; his siblings, Cecil Cook (Linda) of Vale and Linda Bryson of Kings Mountain; his grandchildren, Brooke Woodward, Madison Woodward, Caroline Woodward and Josephine Cook; his siblings-in-law, Randall Shull of Conover, Kim Bowen (Randy) of Claremont and Debbie Shull of Hickory; and his nieces and nephews, Adam Shull, Holly Chapman, Kyle Efird, Abbey Shull, Greg Cook, Scottie Cook, Lee Dixon and Paula Harmon.
