She was predeceased by: her parents, Roby "Park" Latham and Della Ray Roark Latham; her husband James Thomas Seagle; her sisters, Gay Dancy and Mildred "Midge" Bare; and her daughter-in-law Angela Allison Seagle.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Sullins (Greg) of Taylorsville and Chris Seagle (Tabitha) of Vale; her grandchildren, Thomas Seagle (Jessica), Chasity Fox (Jacob) of Taylorsville, Josh Sullins of Taylorsville, Skyler Brittain of Lenoir and Cheyenne Lail of Canton; her great grandchildren, River and Autumn Fox of Taylorsville; her siblings, May Taylor of West Jefferson, Joann Foster of Wilkesboro, Margie Brown of Jefferson and R. P. Latham of West Jefferson; and her sisters-in-law, Rachel Smith of Long View and Linda Seagle of Taylorsville.
