It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maisie Wallace of Vale, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on August 9, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Canipe, Jr. and Dorothy Parker Canipe. She is survived by: her husband William Harrison Wallace; her children, Scottie Wallace (Tammy) of Vale and Pamela Barker (Matthew) of Vale; her siblings, Winona Houser of Vale, Gail Stiles of Lincolnton, Donna Norman (Arnold) of Vale and Aubrey Canipe of Vale; and her grandchildren, Caylynn Blackwood (David), Samantha Bryson (Brandon), Cassie Barker, Joseph Hess and Abigail Barker. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
