She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward Sain and Leila Pruett Sain; her husband Roy A. Cook; and her siblings, Mary Lail, Fred Sain, Howard Sain, Everette Sain, Avery Sain, Forrest Sain and Billy Sain.
She is survived by: her children, Carroll Cooke (Barbara) of Lowesville and Hazel Sain (Larry) of Vale; her brother Ray Sain of Hickory; and her grandchildren, Rocky Cooke, Tonya Maranto and Amy Shipp. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
