Davis of Vale, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on May 30, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Davis and Ethel Gibson Davis. He is survived by: his wife Anna Schied Davis; his children, Anna Marie Jones (Kevin), Shane Davis (Meredith) and Jeremy Davis (Angela); his sisters, Lois Ann Hardin, Mignol Hefner (Jerry) and Lorene Summey (Terry); and his grandchildren, Devin Jones, Alexis Williams (Matthew), Kristen Davis, Lindsey Davis (Garrett), Angela Grace Davis, Lauren "Izzy" Davis and Olivia Davis.
