He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Vernon Rhoney and Novella Rink Rhoney. He is survived by: his wife Freida Gilbert Rhoney; his daughter Jennifer Allen (Mark) of Vale; his siblings, Larry Rhoney (Donita) of Vale, Darrell Rhoney (Julia) of Vale and Sue Kanipe of Conover; and his grandchildren, Carson Allen, Madeline Allen and Sawyer Allen.
