He is survived by: his parent Mittie Sain Lackey; his wife Shelba Hood Lackey; his children, Amy McCormick (Anthony) of Hickory and Timothy Lackey of Seneca, SC; his granddaughters, Heather Cline of Hildebran and Casey Lackey of Central, SC; and his great grandchildren, Layla Williams of Central, SC. and Holden Starnes of Hildebran. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
