He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Michael DiBernardo and Martha Lee Fulbright. He is survived by: his daughter Susan Neely (Ted) of Hickory; his siblings, Bea Wise (Jack) of Vale and Charles DiBernardo (Katherine) of Vale; and his granddaughters, Olivia Neely and Emma Neely. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
