He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pugh and Bessie Pugh. He is survived by: his wife Faye Totherow Pugh; his daughter Robin Pugh Collins of Cedar Bluff, AL; and his stepchildren, Jeff Therrell of Vale, NC, Denise Hawkins of Rome, GA and Tamara Martin of Vale, NC.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Hulls Grove Baptist Church (6670 NC-27, Vale, NC 28168). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
