She is survived by: her mother Lydia Humphries Neal; her husband Allen Osborne; her children, Wade Fredell, Thomas Smith and Hope Osborne; her granddaughters, Isabella Nicholle Bost and Melia Dawn-Ann Carroll; her brother Gary Neal; her mother-in-law Tanya Osborne; her sisters-in-law, Morgan Osborne and Meredith Osborne; her aunt Barbara Mauney (Lowes M. S. T.); and her pets, Sushee and Lil'.
