It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Mitchell Adams of Vale, North Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Adams and Mildred Grant Adams; his wife Linda Gantt Adams; his son Tony Adams; his son-in-law Rick Warlick; and his great grandchild MaKenna Warlick.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Adams (Toni), Jimmy Black (Sharon) and Felicia Warlick; and his caregiver Judy Godfrey (Wayne). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
