She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Craig Fulbright and Ethel Vanhorn Fulbright; her husband Carl Martin; her son Eddy Martin; her granddaughter Kathy Martin; and her brothers, Gaither, Thomas, William and Roy Fulbright.

She is survived by: her son Johnny Martin (Debra) of Vale; her daughter-in-law Debbie Martin of Vale; her grandchildren, Melissa Martin, Jessica of Raleigh, Melinda Larr (Chris) of Youngsville, NC and Johnathan Martin (Laura) of Shawsville, VA; her stepgranddaughter Casey Blair of Vale; her great grandchildren, Ariel Martin of Shawsville, VA and Ethan Larr of Youngsville, NC; her sister Bertie "Pat" Benfield of Thomasville, NC; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Fulbright of Vale and Gene Martin of Bethlehem, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
