With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Lee Johnson of Vale, North Carolina, who passed away on January 29, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Johnson and Mary Lail Johnson; and his wife Shirley Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Rick Johnson (Melissa) of Claremont, Dale Johnson (Sandy) of Newton, Steve Johnson of Claremont and Hope Gabrel (Greg) of Conover; his siblings, Charlie Johnson (Mary) of Conover, Jo Hill (Carson) of Coeburn, VA and Frances Smith of Norton, VA.; his grandchildren, Erica Hill, Ricky Johnson, Cody Johnson, Chris Johnson and Amber Connor; and his great grandchildren, James Hill, Logan Hill, Alex Johnson and Jakeylin Howell.
