She was predeceased by: her parent Freeman Martin; her husband Victor Fulbright; her son-in-law Kenneth Harold Lackey; and her siblings, Murriel Hallman, Irene Brendle and Billy Martin.
She is survived by: her parent Georgia Craig Martin; her son Joie Fulbright of Conover; her daughter-in-law Judy Fulbright of Conover; her daughter Darlene Lackey of Vale; her granddaughter Jenny Lackey of Vale; her great grandchild Abby Fulbright; and her sister-in-law Gail Martin.
