She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lackey and Myrtle Randolph Lackey; her husband Kenneth Heavner; and her son Michael Heavner. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Faulkner (Tommy) of Vale, Nancy Lackey (Ronald) of Vale, Kenneth "Ray" Heavner (Sherry) of Vale and Bobby Heavner (Martha) of Lincolnton. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
