She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Luther Stallings and Mary Rudisill Stallings; her husband Tommy E. Poovey of Vale; and her siblings, Gary Stalling and Frankie Irene Stallings of Vale.
She is survived by: her daughter Selena Speagle (Jimmy) of Vale; her granddaughter Kendal Steele of Cedar Point; her son Tommy Fitz Poovey (Lynn) of Vale; her siblings, Francis Myers of Ocean Isle, Wanda Leonhardt (Bill) of Vale, Dwight Stallings (Barbara) of Vale, Lillian Richardson of Vale and Diane Kerley (Barry) of Vale; and her pet Abby. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
