She is survived by: her husband Dean Hood; her children, Donna Deitz (Steve) of Newton, Jennifer Joyner (Lee) of Andalusia, AL and Durayne Hood (Chyrl) of Vale; her grandchildren, Mandy Weaver (Daniel) of Hickory, Jessica Coleman (Richard) of Mooresville, Sharon Patrick (Michael) of Troy, AL, Ben Deitz (Heather) of Newton and Brian Joyner (Dena) of Vale; her great grandchildren, Emmery Weaver, Faith Wright, Loralei Coleman, Felicity Deitz, Rebecca Patrick, Holden Deitz, Caleb Joyner, Asher Joyner and Abraham Coleman; and her sister Catherine Waters of Vale.
