He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gilbert Lothery of Vale, NC; his sons, Michael Thomas of Wise, VA and Eddie Lothery Jr. of Vale, NC; his mother Rita Lothery of McClure, VA; his siblings, David Lothery, Simion Lothery Jr. of McClure, VA and Angie Lothery (Tam Hill) of McClure, VA; his nephews, Wes Sluss of McClure, VA, Cory Vinson (Aimee) of Church Hill, TN, Alex Hale (Brianna) of Buchannon, WV, Shawn Hale and Colten Hale of Weston, WV; his niece Kayla Sluss (J. T.) of Clintwood, VA; and his close friends, Billy, Malia Chatham of Vale, NC, Wilbur and Ivy Tyndall of Taylorsville, NC.. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
