He is survived by: his wife Carlean Houser Sain; his daughter Carla Sain May (Fred) of Vale; his grandchildren, Austin, Addie, Abram, Amelia May, Carson Daugherty (Terrence) and Olivia Corella (Miguel); his great grandchildren, Branson, Noah, Jonas, Elena and Flora; and his siblings, Darcus Tillman of Belwood and Burl Sain of Morganton.
