He was predeceased by: his parents, Link Greene and Nellie Raines Greene. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Benfield Greene; his sister Shirley Johnson; his son Ronald Greene of Vale; his grandchildren, Connor Greene of Vale, Melissa Greene of Hickory and Christie German (Daniel) of Newton; and his great grandchild Dylan Rhoney.
