With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis M. Tallent of Vale, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on August 8, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight McLynden Tallent and Catherine Martin Tallent; his wife Carolyn B. Tallent; and his brothers, Bob Tallent and Kelly Tallent.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Tallent (April) of Hickory and Kimberley Tallent of Shelby; his sister Ginger Lusk (Leroy) of Vale; his grandsons, Christopher Tallent of Hickory and Josh Tallent of Hickory; his nieces, Leisa Stewart (Jason), Carla Williams (Todd) and Annie Frye; his nephew Clayton Tallent (Miranda); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Claire, Carmen, Kenan, Casen, Pemberley, Blakeley and Marlowe.
