He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Franklin Williams and Annie Lea; and his sister Betty Stansbury. He is survived by: his brother Tommy Williams (Debra); and his nieces, Leona "Lena" Killian (Mark), Regina Stiltner (Gary), Tammy Johnson (Steve) and Terri Stansbury. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
