He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Speagle and Sally Brittain Speagle; and his wife Brenda Boyles Speagle. He is survived by: his daughter Misty Foster (Matthew); his grandchildren, Petyon Foster, Paige Foster and Avery Foster; and his brothers, Jack Speagle, Randy Speagle and Monte Speagle.
