He is survived by: his wife Angela Lingerfelt Gambill; his stepdaughters, Caitlin Kelley (Mike) of Stoney Point and Taylor Grant (Ben) of Cherryville; his siblings, Tommy Gambill of Thurman and Jody Hudspeth of Thurman; and his stepsiblings, Johnny Hunter of Elkin, David Hunter of Clayton, Ann Hodge of Greenville, SC and Karen Frank of Wake Forest.
