She is survived by: her children, Thomas Nathaniel Bolick of Rhodhiss, Mychael-Shelby Andrew Bolick of Hudson, Bryson Cole Dula, Lynda-Marie Darlene Bolick (Zachary Tomlinson) of North Dakota and Carmen Elaine Dula; and her brother Michael Thomas Ballenger (Jody) of Vale.
