He is survived by: his wife Rita Bumgarner Viggers; his daughter Keely Waller (Brian) of Stanley, NC.; his sister Elizabeth "Libby" Braswell of Valdese; and his grandchildren, Bailey Viggers, Madison Viggers, Will Viggers, Abigail Effler, Alexis Effler and Sarah Waller.
