It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Preston Deal (Valdese, North Carolina), who passed away on January 31, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Margaret Fleming; his brother-in-law Benjamin Fleming; his adoptive son George Paul Neer; his parents, William "Willie" and Cora Lee Holland Deal; his brother James Rhobin Deal; and his wife Louise.
