He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Causby and Zula Gates Causby; his wife Norma Causby; and his brothers, Billy, David and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Causby (Donna) of Rutherford College, Glenn Causby (Tonya Anderson) of Valdese and Erin Ball (Jared) of Connelly Springs; his grandchildren, Lacey Causby, Cooper Ball and Hudson Ball; and his sisters, Jo Ann Mills (Bob) and Linda Sue Wilson (Wesley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
