He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Richard C. Neale, Sr. and Eva Whitehead Neale; his siblings, John Neale, James Neale and Diane Savig; and his sister-in-law Yvonne (Richard Neale).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the choir fund at the Waldensian Presbyterian Church, Burke Hospice (which provided invaluable services to the family), or any charity of choice.
