With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Lee Hefner Lindsey of Valdese, North Carolina, who passed away on September 6, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Harvey; her husband Robert Allison Lindsay; and her siblings, Mary Ellen Smith, Rachel Deal and Jack Hefner (James Hefner).
She is survived by: her son Joey Lindsay (Lynn) of Morganton; her grandson Lucas Talbert of Bethlehem; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy Faw of Lenoir, LeighAnn Prestwood (Bobby) of Lenoir, Rick Deal of Florida, Mike Smith (Debbie) of Troutman and Jimmy Smith (Debbie) of Troutman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Amorem Hospice at 902 Kirkwood St. NW, Lenoir, NC 28645 or the American Legion Post 234 Aux.
