He is survived by: his parent Deborah Smith (Bryan Powell); his fiancée Nikki McNeely; his children, Jaycee Malynn Perkins and Robert Dylan Perkins (Cassidy); his siblings, Christopher Perkins and Janette Jenkins (Bobby); his children, Zac Waldrop and Caleb Clark; and his uncle David Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
