Robert W. Stamey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert W. Stamey of Valdese, North Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father E. S. Stamey; his wife Azalee Smith Stamey; his brother Paul Stamey; and his sons-in-law, Ray Mitchell and John Vance.
He is survived by: his daughter Pat Mull (Jerry) of Valdese; his granddaughters, Michelle Mitchell of Valdese and Jennifer Vance of Valdese; his great grandchildren, Alex Mitchell and Christian Mallatere; his great great grandchild Elijah Mallatere; and his brothers, Bill Stamey (Juanita) and David Stamey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
