He is survived by: his children, April Icard of Hickory and Scotty Donnelly; his wife Penny Wilson Icard; his siblings, Altha Newton of George Hildebran, Janet Stacey of Connelly Springs and Henley Icard (Linda) of Hendersonville; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Dixon and Sonnie Wilson Cook (Charles Cook); his nieces and nephews, Jeff Newton (Dawn), Mike Newton (Kathy), Angie Poteat (Andrew), Barbara Oswald, Pattie Baker, Karen Jones (Buster), David Icard (Brandy), Henley Wayne Icard, Samantha Icard, Dawna Blackburn (Kevin), Monica Mauney (Marshall) and Amanda Daiber (Marcus); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Robert Jones, Jerry Jones, Amanda, Matt Wheeler, Brittany, Jacob Brittain, Leah, James Ashe, Caroline Oswald, Josiah Oswald, Ariel Poteat, Kaleb, Kalleigh Blackburn, Soren, Ana Daiber, Jason Newton, Sarah, Trey McKee, Margie, Rachel and Will Mauney.
