We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2019, at the age of 84, Robert Lee Bonner Sr. (Valdese, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bonner and Roberta Wiseman Bonner; and his sister Eleanor Corbett. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Pons Bonner; his children, Robert Lee Bonner, Allan Bonner (Amy) of Valdese, Pam Pons (Rick) of Valdese, Jennifer Bonner of California, Michael Bonner (Amanda) of West Virginia and David Bonner (Rita) of Valdese; and his sister Miriam Martina of Arkansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Burke Hospice and Palliative Care at 1721 Enon Rd. Valdese, NC 28690.
