She is survived by: her husband D. C. Houston; her children, Libby Abernathy of Hickory, Gary Houston of Denver, Bryan Houston of Icard and Gregory Houston (Charlene) of Connelly Springs; her brother James Triplett of Newton; and her niece Jean Stamey of Sawmills.
