She is survived by: her husband David V. Howell of Valdese; her siblings, Johnny West (Barbara) of Valdese, Jerry West (Gerie) of Hickory and Joan Carswell of Valdese; and her siblings-in-law, Lewis Franklin of Valdese and Brenda West of Valdese. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
