She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Bridges and Emma Carswell Bridges; her husband Robert Lail, Sr.; and her siblings, Raylynn Bridges, Ruth Franklin and Howard Bridges.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lail, Jr. (Revonda) of Connelly Springs and Lamina Lail Duckworth (Eric) of Morganton; her brother Bennie Bridges of Connelly Springs; her grandchildren, Ricky Lail of Connelly Springs, Kelly L. Carswell (Jason) of Connelly Springs and Erika Duckworth of Morganton; her great grandchildren, Bryce Carswell and Blake Carswell; her niece Judy Crowder; and her sister-in-law Doris Kannup.
