She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul Evans and Maude Burns Evans Hyde; her husbands, Frank Mull and Carl Metcalf; and her daughter Vicki Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Hawkins (Tony), Shawn Mull (Brandi) and Greg Mull; her stepdaughter Ramona Barus; her son-in-law Kevin Smith; her grandchildren, Ella, Claire, Cassidy and Bethany; her brother Randy Evans (Anna); her nephew Zach Evans; her brother-in-law Joe Metcalf; and her pet Erma Jean. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
