She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Hipps and Margaret Brown Hipps; her husband Louis Stamey; and her sister Donnie Harley. She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Perry (Stephen) of Valdese; her brother Paul Hipps of Valdese; her granddaughter Gwyenth Perry of Valdese; her nieces, Tammy Miner, Vickie Shuffler and Sandy Carter; her nephew Will Wiese; and her great-nephews, Cortney Miner and Jesse Miner.
