He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence L. Norman; his wife Dorothy Dean Botts Norman; and his siblings, Selma Baker, Emitt Norman, Carl Norman and Amos Norman Those.
He is survived by: his mother Lola V. Ledford Norman; his niece Brenda Norman Foss; and his friend Becky Shufford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
