She was predeceased by: her husband William Garland Watts; and her brothers, Steven and Edward Perrou. She is survived by: her daughters, Carmen Lail of Valdese and Suzanne Fletcher of Hickory; her grandchildren, Joshua Lail, Christopher Lail, Brooke Chambers, Christian Fletcher and Cory Fletcher; and her great grandchildren, Elijah and Avery Chambers. She is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
