She was predeceased by: her parents, Titus W. Childers and Ada Berry Childers; her son Clifford "Danny" Wilson Jr.; and her siblings, Lee Roy Childers (Lillian), Lloyd Childers (Geneva), Edward Childers (Katie), Lucille Childers Smith (Talmadge) and Irene Childers.

She is survived by: her husband Clifford D. Wilson, Sr.; her daughter Nancy Wilson Edwards (Gene) of Valdese; her daughter-in-law Sharon Zimmerman Wilson of Connelly Springs; and her granddaughters, Beth Edwards Vaughan (Mike) of Winston-Salem and Dana Wilson Gentry (Greg) of Yadkinville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
