She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Harmon and Blanche McGuire Harmon; her husband Chester Church; her son Tony Preston Church; and her brother Steve Harmon.
She is survived by: her son Terry Church (Wanda); her grandchildren, Tangena and Preston; her great grandchild Nancy Burns (Mike); her siblings, Wayne Harmon, Samuel Harmon, Larry Joe Harmon, David Harmon, Sally Harmon, Freddie Harmon and Freida Duncan; and also, Myles, Amanda, Kimberly, Jennifer Hubbard (Tim), Heather, Sarah, Tammy Eckard (Rick), Robert, Kira, Alexis, Daniel Church, Ashton and Cameron.
