He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Wesley Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Deaton Franklin; his son Kevin (Tracy); his grandchildren, Wesley Franklin (Megan), Lauren Harris (Dylan) and Natalie Franklin; his great grandchild Everett Franklin; his brothers, John Franklin (Judy) and Steve Franklin (Betty); his uncle Bud Franklin (Frances); and his stepdaughters, Janice Sain, Sylvia Smith (Danny) and Joyce Denton (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, and step great-grandchildren.
