She is survived by: her mother Bernice Chapman of Marshall; her daughter Amanda Welborn of Conover; her stepson Jonathan Welborn of Morganton; and her siblings, Clinton Shelton of Marshall, Madonna Humphries (Ric) of Connelly Springs and Neta Harrison of Morganton.
