It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joshua Michael Paugh-Bennett of Valdese, North Carolina, who passed away on March 25, 2021, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bobby R. Bennett; his great-grandparent Willard Paugh; his great-aunt Sarah Peck; and his stepgrandfather J. C. Williams. He is survived by: his mother Jennifer Bennett-Williams; his stepfather John Williams, Jr. of Lenoir; his father Donald Bennett of Hinton, WV; his grandfather Wendell Paugh (Ann) of Sophia, WV; his son Elijah Ryan Bennett; the mother of his child Ashley E. Bennett of Charleston, SC; his brother Samuel L. Bennett of Lenoir; his grandmother Laney Bennett of Beckly, WV; his uncle Keith Bennett of Oak Hill, WV; his aunt Betty Fischer (Terry) of Conway, SC; his cousin Angela Farmer (Corey) of Kentucky; his stepgrandmother Annette Williams; his stepbrother Jonathan Williams (Chelsea); his child Camden of Wilkesboro; his stepsister Alicia Hamby (Lee); his children, Paige, Korbin, Easton of Lenoir, Christa McCoy (Seth), Cheyenne and Jace of Lenoir; and his cousins, Alan Peck, Conyers and Eric Peck.
