It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Alex Guigou Sr. (Valdese, North Carolina), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on April 15, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lou Mitchell Guigou; his son Alex Guigou; and his sister Catherine Guigou. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Guigou Shull (Doug), Carol Anne Guigou Moehring (Richard) and Mitchell Guigou; his daughter-in-law Laura Steffey Guigou; his grandchildren, Cora Shull Long (Will), Jenna Moehring, Renee Shull Johnson (David), Alex Moehring, Rodger Shull, Allan Guigou and Steffey Guigou; his parent Philippe Leon; and his friend Treeva Ramsey.
