She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred William Hendrix, Sr. and Mary Bowman Hendrix; her husband Oscar Wilson "Pete" Smith; and her brother Fred W. Hendrix, Jr.. She is survived by: her aunt Loretta Church; and her cousins, Erin Welem, Tracey Watson, Tony and Dolores Watson.
