Jane Lane Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Lane (Valdese, North Carolina), who passed away on February 7, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Francis Garrou and Louise Holloway Garrou; and her siblings, Alba Garrou Johnson and Leith Garrou. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Edgar Lane III (Emily) of Hickory, David Garrou Lane (Kathy) of Advance and Gretchen Lane-Costner (Bobby) of Valdese; her grandchildren, Stephanie Glasgow (Todd), Garrick W. Lane (Carrie), Jennifer L. Moser, Megan E. Lane and Kelsey Lane McGuire; her siblings, John Louis Garrou of Morganton, Mary G. Sherrill of Rutherford College and Albert F Garrou, Jr.; and her friends, Gina Pritchard Crump, Michelle Clement, Crystal Gillen, Casey Abee, Kelley Johnson, Donna Rhoney and Deana Bennett. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
